Foods always good, no doubt bout that. However them bathrooms are gross!!! Toilet seats nasty AF. If they'd leave some cleaners in there I'd be happy to wipe it down so that I could us it comfortably. Come on Hardee's....

I hate giving the negative review, but it's just been bad lately and like I said before breakfast is usually spot on and is the best for fast food breakfast.
Last few times my orders have been wrong, the most recent I ordered the all-star meal with the double cheeseburger and spicy chicken, however I was given the nasty hotdog and double, which I didn't notice until I got home. I had also ordered the mush and Swiss thick burger and was given a regular burger...I don't understand how that was even done. Before that it was simple thing like getting onions on things I asked to not have onions, which let's be honest isn't the end of the world, but when you're paying upwards of 8 - 9 bucks for a fast food meal it should be coming to you correctly.
Very good customer service excellent chicken tenders. Definitely recommend this location. Didn't miss an item!
EDIT: changing from a 1 star to a 4 star. So, the wait seems it was due to some employee drama in the BOH. We eventually got our food. It was probably some of the best fast food I have had in recent memory. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. Burgers looked like they do in the advertisements. Burgers we wrapped perfectly, juicy but not greasy. Got an apology that everything took so long. Would definitely go back. Recommended.
30 minutes to get a to-go order. They were not busy. Just no hustle at all.
Ok, so this is the most hit or miss Hardees I've ever been to, generally the breakfast/mornings are the best as I almost always have a good experience, but lately my orders have been getting messed up. Which I've noticed is usually in the afternoon.
