Don't rely on theses folks to be polite to you when they can't accept your payment with their technology deficits. I can't say I don't feel a racist sentiment, being that i did not go into the store with the notion of using a check, but my low number check was refused...their credit card system was down and I wanted to patronize their business (and have my drank that the owner and I have discussed a time or two before)...if I intended to steal anything it wouldn't be ALCOHOL...geez. Nevertheless, as long as I'm trying to give you ANY OF MY MONEY...don't be rude. Please. Thanks.

The best place to get craft beer in Walker.
Tried to get some pricing info for our vacation. I am responsible for the beer for the 3 weeks we will be spending in Lake Country (love Walker MN BTW) With all the family and inlaws and outlaws i wanted to find out how much it would be to purchase 40 cases of beer. The kid who took my call was quite rude. If you like to spend your money at an establishment that employs rude staff, then this might be the place for you. Looking at the reviews I can see I am not the only one who is dissatisfied with customer service at Hoss's. That is unfortunate. I will go to Y's Liquor by the Casino. Its a little farther to drive but the guy I talked to was friendly and courteous and answered all my question. They will have my business from now on. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. ZERO STARS.
