Very poor customer service and an incredible lack of organization. I was told repeatedly that I would receive return phone calls with information about my case and not once did I ever get a call. The city of Walker requires that you go through Valen Law Office for business related issues which is sad. Be warned, they will not take your case seriously and their information gathering skills are very poor. Calling the court administrator gave me information about my case that they didn't even know about even after they took a week to "figure out what was going on". If you want a lawyer that won't represent you then here is your guy otherwise go anywhere else.
